Для добавления записи в hosts, скопируйте файл hosts.txt из папки: 
Illustrator\App\hosts в папку App. 
Вид папки App:  

AppInfo
hosts
Language
Program Files
Program Files (x86)
Astute Graphics Plug-ins Uninstall.exe
hosts.txt

При запуске IllustratorPortable.exe будет добавляться запись в hosts. 
При завершении работы запись будет удалена. 
Для просмотра файла hosts добавлен ярлык папки etc. 
При необходимость отредактируйте или напишите свой файл hosts.txt. 
Если в блокировке hosts нет необходимости файл hosts.txt должен 
отсутствовать. 
Не добавляйте hosts без необходимости.

To add an entry to hosts, copy the hosts.txt file from the folder:

When IllustratorPortable.exe is launched, an entry will be added to hosts.
When the work is finished, the entry will be deleted.
To view the hosts file, a shortcut to the etc folder has been added.
If necessary, edit or write your own hosts.txt file.
If there is no need to block hosts, the hosts.txt file should be
absent.
Do not add hosts unless necessary.
